somersworth nh market basket managers and stock people are rude and nasty tempered and very ignorant doesnt do any good to complain about them as i did because managment doesnt care a bunch of monkeys could do a better job then most of the stock people and managers that work at the somersworth nh market basket plus most of there baggers there are very very nasty temperd and dont give a dam how they bag there food and it would be a complete waste of time to show them how to bag grocerys properly

I usually buy a center cut pork roast for Sunday dinner, well I got one on Friday, and they hide all the thick white fat on the underside of the meat! I paid $10 for this 3.26LB roast and I had to cut more than half of the thick fat off and there was still more all in the center of the nice roast and I'm constantly getting spoiled produce!

This is not even the first time this has happened! There are MAGGOTS living in the café blender! Super, super unsanitary and this is the second occurrence! The kitchen manger knew about it the first time and NOTHING was done. She just told them to clean it, but apparently there is an ongoing infestation.

Failure to list fd&c food coloring on multiple bakery items. Bakery employee nice enough to show me the actual ingredients lists on the frosting used, but nothing written on individual packages containing Red 40, yellow lake 6, etc.

Wish to submit a formal complaint Pizza Kitchen staff 1200 Newport ave 02703 location

I have been shopping this Market Basket location for approximately 15 years and without question it had become my favorite grocery store. I never had a bad word to say about Market Basket and never inquired any issues ordering a Pizza or slices during business hours.

In The past 4-5 months on 3 occasions just shortly after 8pm I Took the drive to Market Basket and staff had already closed the Pizza area and refused to bake a pie even when the Manager on duty informed them that they are to work until 9pm. To which the staff responded they close at 8pm so they could be done cleaning by 9pm. The most recent incident was Saturday, February 3rd @8:10 pm. I arrived to find the Pizza Kitchen closed and staff ignored myself and 2 others that wanted to order Pizza.

The Manager on duty name Brandon was informed. Brandon did his best to assist but staff was insubordinate and in my opinion blatantly disrespectful to Brandon and refused to bake a pie citing they close at 8pm. There was a young lady that had just arrived, citing she works overnight cleaning but would bake the pie. I thanked her but refused because I didn't think it fair for her to have to do someone else job.

Wish I could recall her name for she should be commended. The remainder of that kitchen staff needs training regarding customer servicer, job performance,professionalism, cordial and social interactions and Supervision for they was very disrespectful to their Manager telling him what they are going to do and not do and what time they close. It was sad and disappointing to see staff that obviously did not want to work and could not wait to vacant the premises even while still on the clock. I also felt for the Manager Brandon who could do nothing with his unruly staff and had other things to tend to.

The Manager Brandon said the Pizza Kitchen closes at 9pm the staff said 8pm.

A Closing Time or last order time should be CLEARLY POSTED to avoid confusion for customers and staff. In closing, for me to drive to Market Basket, arrive within reasonable time of closing and be denied service by your staff was horrendence,and appalling to say the least and not to mention the inconvenience, the disrespect and disregard to my time and energy to drive out to your place of business and be treated in such a fashion.

Kitchen excellent prices. Management and most staff rude incompetent or both.

If you get someone good lucky day but next week they'll be gone. Today Rochester NH. Ordered 2 rotisserie turkey breast. Used to bye all the time staff charged wasn't reliable been buying from shaws had to tell them internal temp 170 when done only had to once staff doesn't change.

Today MKB way over cooked very dry total waste. Back to shaws . Tobad love MKB has to be Management or company policy problem when I picked up very rude service I dared to ask employee doing nothing to hand to me from.

Behind counter. Guess she felt it wasn't her job but that of the 2 ignoring everyone because they have hard time handling 1 task.

no one speaks english at the new bedford store..i had asked where the chicpeas are kept,,,and the girl stocking shelves could not speak english...so i wandered over to another shelve stocker,,,same thing..third time i was pointed out to a guy in the fish dept...well he couldnt help me...so i found a english speaking person...i am just wondering if market basket does I-9 on their employees...3/4 are hispanic or qautaumalin...alot i am sure dont have valid id'..

We have been customers of MK for over 15 yrs. We only shop at your stores both the Shrewsbury and Hudson stores. It is very kind of you to hire diverse groups of people.

Lately it is becoming difficult to communicate with the workers as they don't speak English at the deli they need ask fellow workers to interpret what is asked for and stockers in the store cannot help find items and No one else is available to assist. This is a problem that is getting worse instead of better .pricing is great but if getting the product we are looking for is a problem then it may be time to shop elsewhere and other family members are finding the same thing

On 12/10/23 i needed just few things including one bunch of kale and there the price was $0.89 and at cash register ring $1,99 and i told to the young lady was different price on the floor, and she call to her shift line boss Jim to came to delete the kale i was upset because one price on the floor and different at cash register. Your employee Jim came and offended she bothered him and then i try it to explain to him on the floor he have wrong prices, he was rude and ignorant with me and the young lady .

No longer a customer of Markey Basket. I now pay a little more, but survive the shopping trip.

I have stopped shopping at Market Basket in Hanover MA because of all the chaos in the store. Customers and employees almost using the shopping carts like a weapon.

The aisles are always blocked because they stock the shelves during open hours.

You cant see whats on the shelf in back of the huge stacks of boxes waiting to be put on the shelves.

This is all actually dangerous because in an emergency it would be difficult to get out of that store quickly.

A lot of the employees claim not to speak English, some of them ask you to wait while they go and get someone who can. I dont fault them but maybe the folks higher up could encourage them to learn English so in time they could get better jobs there and shopping would be easier for the customers who are keeping MB in business.

I really like market basket a lot but every time the fish and chip is advertised in the flyer it is never available to buy.I have ordered it numerous times and have never received it.Why do they keep putting it in the Fall River flyer.

Horrible treatment of staff!

I have shopped at Market Basket Store #44 for the last five years. Prior to that my family and I shopped at the Chelmsford store.

For the last few months, I have noticed how rudely the help was spoken to while doing their job on the floor. I worked in retail management for years before my retirement. No employee should be treated so disrepectfully. while customers are in the store.

Someone needs to have a chat with the assistant manager, Mr Morris. The man has issues. You feel so bad for these people to have to put up with him. Alot of my neighbors have stopped going to this store due to comments they have heard.
